The production unit is strategically planned and ideally separated for wood working and metal working areas. The process flow is seamlessly equipped with latest machinery as computerized cutting and CNC routers, panel saw machines, fully automatic through feed machines for the flawless factory finish edge banding tapes. An additional manual edge banding to ensure that customization is not compromised at any stage. The spindle molders, multiple routers ensure the various panels are seamlessly joined without leaving a mark at various angles and even for large quantities. The metal floor is fortified with sheet banding machines, welding shops, planning and grinding stations. The powder coating plant with chemical treatment plant with shaping and planning equipment, drilling, milling, bending as well as injection molding to enable the production unit to address to various needs of latest furniture requirements.
